The Auvergne wine library offers a wide range representing the different climates and appellations, and will allow you to discover the constant progress made by the winegrowers of the "country".

The wine list also includes a wide range of wines from other regions of France and offers a large selection of well-known or new properties, to meet all your desires and imagine the food/wine pairings that we can suggest on request to accompany your gourmet tastings.

Particular attention has been paid to choosing winegrowers who respect the land, the vines and the wine, working in organic or sustainable agriculture.

For the choice of estates represented, the depth of the vintages, always drinkable after long years of aging and the range of prices, significantly below the usual Parisian standards, our menu has been named for 4 consecutive years by the magazine Terres de vin among the 100 most beautiful restaurant wine lists in France.

A wide range of alcohol, from Auvergne of course, but also a fine collection of Armagnac, completes our menu and allows for extended tastings at the end of the meal.
